Little Sap Dungeon: It's the small, confined place in everyone's mind, where dreams and emotions make the boundries. A place where thoughts are subconciously locked away and secretly dwelled upon. Little Sap Dungeon started out in 1997 as an experimental project that was constantly shifting to different musical classifications. However, "industrial" had always been the key factor from the get-go. With icons such as Skinny Puppy, Coil, Ministry, Leaether Strip and Godflesh, the finger has always been pointed towards the machine generated rhythms and the dark, yet noisy atmospherical backgrounds. At least we knew we had that much going for us. We definitely knew our sound was evil. The best feedback we ever got from anyone was people that said it sounds like we were trying to make a horror movie soundtrack. The Insanity Projector: Our first CD out in 1998 was distributed locally in Salt Lake City at various music stores. A five song EP produced, mixed and recorded by LSD. Only thirty copies were made, and thank God, no more than that. It was our first material and our first recording job. Though the mastering of the original can't be improved, we do plan on re-recording our first material sometime in the near future. However keep in mind that it probably won't sound anything like the original. The original is rare. Ten Strip Sacrament: Our second CD out in 2001 is also being distributed locally. This album is where we gained a lot more listeners. We didn't start doing shows until around the time we started recording this (winter of 1999). New programming and recording equipment was purchased on this album. This time, unlike Insanity Projector, I was doing the programming and basic song writing, while Alan moved to playing more synth and guitar. |
| We were both a lot happier with the outcome. Definitely a lot more catchy and agressive. Songs like "Phantasm" and "Fucking the Bishop's Daughter" caught the attention of certain listeners and artists. Definitely a song for everyone. Sickness Beneath Transparent Beauty: Finally, our third CD will be distributed locally and will be sent to label distributors. The title says it all. Songs that will make you want to laugh, cry or stick a knife in a loved one's eye. Denfinitely perfect music for horror movie fanatics, psychopaths and sex-crazed hateful young teens. This is our first masterpiece. The recording quality kicks ass as well as the songs themselves. If you don't like it, give it someone who does. Or the CD would make a great coffee coaster (you fuck). Just don't do something stupid and go rape, pillage or murder. Only a weak-minded asshole would do such things and blame the musicians. |
